We strive to maintain 24/7 availability, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Occasional maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

3 Acceptable Use Policy

By using Nexkittool, you agree not to:

Process illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive content
Violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
Attempt to hack, exploit, or overload our servers
Use automated bots or scrapers without prior written permission
Upload content that contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
Process personal data of others without their explicit consent
Resell or commercially redistribute our services without authorization
Process any content involving minors in an inappropriate manner

4 User Accounts

Most Nexkittool tools work without an account. However, creating a free account unlocks additional features and usage history.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are solely responsible for maintaining account security
Never share your password with anyone
Only one account is permitted per email address
Accounts are non-transferable

6 Payments & Billing

Nexkittool Pro subscriptions are processed via UPI (Unified Payments Interface):

After payment, submit your Transaction ID on the pricing page for verification
Pro access is activated within 5 minutes of successful verification

7 Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with Nexkittool Pro, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment date:

Include your Transaction ID and reason for refund
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

⚠️ Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible. Partial refunds are not available.

8 Your Content & Files

🔒 Your files are yours — we never store, share, or analyze them.

When you upload a file to Nexkittool:

Files are used solely for the processing operation you requested
Files are automatically deleted immediately after processing is complete
We never store, sell, or share your files with any third party
All file transfers are encrypted via HTTPS
You retain full ownership of all your content

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process any content you submit to our platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on Nexkittool — including but not limited to the website design, source code, logos, graphics, and written content — is the exclusive property of Nexkittool and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
You may not use the Nexkittool name, logo, or branding without written consent
You retain full ownership of all files you upload and the processed outputs

11 Disclaimer of Warranties

Nexkittool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding:

Uninterrupted, error-free service availability
100% accuracy of AI-generated content
Suitability for any particular purpose
Complete security against all threats

Always maintain backups of important files. AI-generated content should be reviewed and verified before use.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nexkittool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

Our maximum total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding 12 months.

By using Nexkittool, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexkittool from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

Violate any provision of these Terms
Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities
Attempt to interfere with the platform's operation
Submit fraudulent payment information

You may delete your account at any time by contacting nexkittool@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.
